Personnel was incredibly welcoming and extremely accommodating!

It was in the very central location in the center.

the air conditioned and well laid out room with a view. convenient parking and warm and lovely breakfast at 10:20.

We were in a handy and easy location within easy walking distance of Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Enjoyed our junior suite.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast here, I had freshly cooked dishes. Everything was perfect, including nice room decor. Its location was unbeatable and fab, just 5 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square.

Really enjoyed the fact that I chose this luxurious hotel. My room was silent and airy with lovely bathroom. The breakfast of the venue restaurant was hot at 10:20. The location was stunning, minutes from a Sondheim theatre. The hotel was a short walk to a theater and a palace...

Very nice, clean hotel in the very best of times. Perfect with the underground from the airport without changing trains! The staff in the hotel was very friendly, helpful and gave us perfect advice. I can only recommend the hotel with its excellent breakfast buffet to anyone who wants to see the exciting city!

Perfectly located in the middle of the lively theatre district of London. Despite the many people on the street, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. The rooms themselves are functional and the bathroom is very well kept. A perfect hotel for a city trip - we will be back.

Extremely central location.

Fire alarm (false alarm) in the middle of the night without any information from the hotel staff.

Very good location for foreign visitors arriving through Heathrow. Has all the things you need for practical purposes.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The self-service breakfast was good, with a range of tasty options that helped start my busy day.

Fantastic central location, easilly accessible, staff friendly and helpful, room lovely and spacious.

Room and bed were very good for London conditions. Location super --sooo central. Small but very good modern bathroom with great shower. Very quiet due to good window glazing. Soho with its many small restaurants is on the doorstep ---even old English pubs are in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast a good mixture (English/continentel). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied.

Although the room was small and faced a fire escape, the friendly staff and the excellent soundproofing made the stay enjoyable despite the bustling location.

The location was perfect for touring the centre of London.Oxford Street only 10mins walk via Regent Street.The staff were very friendly and heplfull.

Hotel was in a great location, easy access from the airport (standsted) and very central for sightseeing. The concierge was excellent.

Hotel reception was not friendly and advised us on arrival that per the computer we had booked a double room when in fact we had a twin booked. OK I had the booking form and we got the twin room but I didn't like that it wasn't correct in the first place. This is not a complaint and did not impact on our trip, its just an observation!
